Nooks Survive against the Pilots in Anchorage

The Nooks took pn the Pilots in Anchorage after the rainout yesterday. The Nooks jumped out with an early lead in the 3rd with a Carson Clark sac fly. In the 4th, Charlie eaton would pick up a sac fly of his own, and Keaton Laidley, Isaiah Parido and Carson Clark would all pick up RbI knocks to extend the lead to 6-0. Nick Hockemeyer would double in the 5th scoring Patrick McGlon for a 7-0 lead. Luke Rolland delivered with a quality start. He went 5.1 IP with 0H, 2R, 6BB and 3Ks. The Pilots would fight back, and even threaten in the 9th, but Evan Rossi got it done, picking up the save and closing the game out 7-6. The Nooks are nack in Anchorage tonight to face the bucs at 6pm.
